Job Description:

Improving our backend infrastructure and database schema to help better utilize company and fund data (including migrations, query profiling for performance indexes, logging, and improving the reporting and job management system).

Writing additional ETLs to gather, structure, and normalize data from new and existing sources for our database.

Creating additional internal APIs to expose this data to front-end applications.

Job Description

Deal sourcing and origination for potential investment mandates
-
Identify potential targets/acquisition opportunities in various sectors

Conduct secondary research on various industries and evaluate the competitive landscape for prospective opportunities
-
Publish sectoral research reports in areas like blockchain, 3d printing, space research on market landscapes, Technology, development & investment trends
-
Prepare financial models, exit strategies, pitch decks, and Investment reports
-
Contribute towards management of the portfolio companies post-investment
Location: Remote/Home Based/Anywhere in India
Desired Skills And Experience
-
Prior 3 years experience in VC firm, consulting or strategic research
-
Ex-Entrepreneur looking for next challenge /MS/MBA or commerce graduate

Experience in deal evaluation and financial modeling

Strong research capabilities / thorough analytical abilities
-
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication
-
Team player with the ability to work effectively in small groups
